Rev.
Timothy Graham was born and raised here in Fort Wayne, graduating
from Concordia High School where he first met the young lady who would
later become his wife, Michelle. He went on to graduate from
Purdue University with a B.S. degree in organizational leadership.
During the summers of 2002-2004 he was a site supervisor for the Ft.
Wayne Urban Ministries. In 2003 he entered seminary, the result in
part, as he describes it, of his six year old daughter, Larraine.
“One evening, after I had blessed our dinner, Larraine plainly said
out of the blue, ‘Dad, you should be a pastor.’” Being the son of a
clergy, the Rev. Vernon Graham, Timothy had a pretty good idea of what
that would entail.
Timothy and Michelle, in
addition to Larraine, are also the proud parents of Sashelle, Timothy Jr
and Robert, a second grader “full of energy…enough said.”
Rev. Graham also serves
Light of the Cross (formally Grace Lutheran
Church), three-quarter time with an emphasis on developing it as
a new mission. He serves
Messiah the other quarter. He describes his four best leadership
skills as preaching, social ministry, evangelism and ministry to youth
and young adults.
