To help our leaders grow, using the Spiritual Gifts with which we have been entrusted to enhance the ministry God has called each of us to do.  We believe we are more effective as the Body of Christ if we employ our individual spiritual gifts appropriately.  In that way, we believe there is nothing we can not accomplish.
