Below is a list of active small groups at Messiah along with their meeting times and locations.  To learn more, please contact the person(s) listed.

Sunday

Ø        Adult Learning and Discipleship (aka “Outfitters”) – most Sundays, 9:30 – 10:30 AM, church library; topic:  The Lutheran Course; contact: Pastors Paul or Stan (485-8716).

Ø        Messiah Friendship Club – 11:00 AM starting out in worship space; an opportunity for folk with disabilities to celebrate God’s love in Jesus Christ as they gather in friendship and learning together; contact:  Arnie Spiering (657-5456) or Tom Spencer (745-9980)

Ø        Supper Clubs – four different groups with the goal of meeting monthly; contact: Nancy J. Berry (485-8507) or Sharon Clark (637-6180) for the home groups, Dick Ellison (485-5796) or Don Neuhouser (485-2754) for the restaurant group.

Monday

Wednesday

Ø        Confirmation Small Groups – topic:  10 Commandments and the Sacraments; also meet outside of Weds; contact: Pastors Stan (485-8716).  (MS)

Thursday

Ø        Service Circle – 2^nd and 4^th Thursday, 9:00 – 11:30 AM, PCC; contact: Dorothy Thalacker (485-4040).  (W)

Ø        Firehouse Card Fest – 2^nd and 4^th Thursday, 1:00 – 5:00 PM, meet at the Fire Station community room on Lahmeyer; contact: Chalmer Springer (486-9231)

Ø        Faithfully Fit – 6:30-7:30 PM, the last Thursday of each month; contact: Dave and Tammy Mould (493-7013).

Ø        Alpha – 6:30 – 9:00 PM; contact: Pastor Paul (485-8716).

Friday

Ø        Open Volleyball – 6:00-8:00 PM; a gathering of men, most of whom are part of the Swadhyaya Parivar group that meets in Messiah’s PCC on Sunday mornings;  contact:  B.J. Mistry (486-2676).

Saturday
